How It Works

It is good to understand how my process works so you know what to expect if you decide to use my services.  

This is the process:

  1. When you first contact us, we will determine whether your needs can be addressed with a free 30 minute consultation or whether we need to visit your home or office for a full consultation. The fee for a full 1 hour consultation is $20 which is paid in advance of the scheduled visit.  If you decide to choose Bizzy Bee P.C.E.S., $10 of the consultation fee will be discounted on the invoice.
  2. If a home or office visit is required, a day and time will be scheduled that is convenient to you so we can discuss your needs.
  3. Once the consultation is complete, I will send a Personal Concierge Proposal via e-mail outlining the services, date of service(s), the frequency and fees.
  4. Once you have reviewed the Proposal, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking service(s).
  5. In instances where I will be accessing your home or office while you are not there, a spare key will need to be provided.  The key will be kept safe at my location.
  6. Once all the above is complete, the service(s) will be scheduled as noted in the Personal Concierge Proposal.
  7. A reminder will be sent 1 day in advance of the scheduled service to confirm date, time and service details.
  8. After the service(s) have been provided, full payment will be required to be made upon completion. (This is not the same for pre-paid Packages)
  9. I’m really dedicated to the client experience and will follow-up with you to get your feedback on my service(s) and if there’s anything else I can do to help further down the road.
